These terms apply to every purchase on selvvo.com and every use of the site. By placing an order, you accept these terms together with our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy, which form part of them.

1. Who we are

Selvvo and selvvo.com are operated by Alluvo global LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Selvvo", "we", "us"). You can reach us through our contact page.

2. Products

Our main product is the Selvvo Travel Sleep System: a padded blackout eye mask on a head band that attaches to the seat headrest, plus a soft arm sling, packed in a travel pouch. We also sell travel accessories (such as the Ergonomic Travel Seat Cushion and the Foot Hammock) and the SELVVO 9PM and SELVVO Vitality products.

Images on the site are illustrative and colours may vary slightly. The Selvvo Travel Sleep System fits most airline seats with a headrest; some seats, cabins or airline rules may not allow items attached to the seat, and you may be asked by the crew to remove it, for example during taxi, take-off and landing.

3. Use of the travel products

Use the Selvvo Travel Sleep System only while seated, follow crew instructions at all times, and remove it whenever you are asked to or need to leave your seat quickly. Do not use it on children under 12 without supervision, and do not use it while driving. The kit is a comfort product, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

4. SELVVO 9PM and SELVVO Vitality

These products are dietary supplements intended for adults aged 18 or over. Read the label before use, do not exceed the stated amount, and ask a doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is taken in full at checkout by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we contact you before shipping and offer to continue at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

6. Bundles, discounts and compare-at prices

Bundle prices (such as the Travel Pair and Family Pack) apply to the complete bundle. Discount codes are valid only for the stated period, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

7. Orders

After checkout we send an order confirmation. We may cancel an order before it ships, with a full refund, for example in case of a stock shortage, suspected fraud, a payment problem or a delivery restriction.

8. Shipping

Delivery times, tracking, customs and lost-parcel rules are set out in our shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

9. Returns, refunds and the 60-Day Deep Sleep Guarantee

Our 60-Day Deep Sleep Guarantee, Shipping Protection and return rules are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Reviews and customer content

If you send us a review, photo or video, you confirm it is genuine and your own, and you allow us to display it on our site and in our advertising. We publish real customer reviews only, and we may decline or remove content.

11. Intellectual property

The Selvvo name, logo, site design, texts, photos and videos are owned by or licensed to us. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use; any other use requires our written permission.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. We are not liable for harm caused by using a product contrary to its instructions or these terms.

13. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier or customs disruption, natural disasters, strikes or government action. Affected orders may be delayed or cancelled with a full refund.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter within 30 days.
