The site and the SELVVO brand are operated by TRENDYADAPT, a sole proprietorship registered in Germany, Hauptstraße 26/3, 71272 Renningen, Germany, VAT ID DE370471036 ("SELVVO", "we", "us"). Contact: contact@r9kdsx-kr.myshopify.com.

2Definitions

• Products: SELVVO 9PM nicotine-free pouches and any other item, gift or digital content offered on the site.
• Territories: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We ship only to these countries.
• Order: a purchase request submitted through our checkout.
• Content: all text, images, videos, characters, logos, product names, designs and software on the site.

3Eligibility and Age Restriction

Our Products are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in your place of residence if higher. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may ask for proof of age at any time and may cancel any order where we have reasonable doubt about eligibility. Do not order for, or pass Products to, anyone under 18.

4Products, Descriptions and Availability

SELVVO 9PM is a nicotine-free, tobacco-free oral pouch containing caffeine and plant extracts. It is a food supplement, not a medicine, and not a smoking-cessation or nicotine-replacement product. The information printed on the can label is authoritative; images on the site are illustrative and colours may vary. Quantities may be limited per order or per customer. We may refuse orders that appear to be placed for resale.

5Pricing, Taxes and Duties

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your country and include the shipping described in our Shipping Policy. Prices may change at any time; the price applicable to your Order is the one displayed at checkout when you place it. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes charged on delivery, where they apply, are your responsibility unless the checkout expressly states that they are included. In the event of an obvious pricing error we will contact you before dispatch and offer to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

6Orders and Formation of Contract

Your Order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send after checkout acknowledges receipt of your Order; it is not an acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we send you the dispatch confirmation with the tracking number. Before dispatch we may decline or cancel any Order, in particular for stock shortages, suspected fraud, payment problems, age concerns, shipping restrictions or an address outside the Territories. If we cancel, any amount paid is refunded in full.

7Payment

Payment is due in full when you place your Order and is processed by third-party providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout). We never see or store your full card number. If your bank charges foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fees, these are between you and your bank and are not refunded by us.

8Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates, tracking, customs and failed-delivery rules are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk in the Products passes to you when the carrier records delivery at the address you provided. You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address.

9Returns, Refunds and the 90-Night Guarantee

Our Products are sealed consumables and cannot be returned once the factory seal is broken, except where they are faulty, damaged, mis-described or incorrect. The full rules, including our 90-night guarantee (once per customer, first order only, product price refunded), are set out in our Returns & 90-Night Guarantee policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the stated interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account or by email, provided the cancellation reaches us at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date. Renewals already dispatched follow the standard Returns policy and are not refundable as "change of mind". Subscription prices may change with at least 14 days' notice by email.

11Promotions, Discount Codes and Gifts

Discount codes and offers are valid only during the stated period, cannot be combined unless we say so, are non-transferable and have no cash value. Free items and gifts are subject to availability and may be replaced by an item of equal value. We may void a discount or cancel an Order where a code has been shared, leaked, generated or used improperly, or where several accounts are used to multiply a one-per-customer offer.

12Health, Regulatory Status and No Medical Advice

SELVVO 9PM contains caffeine. Do not use it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, sensitive to caffeine, or if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an anxiety disorder or any condition affected by stimulants. Do not exceed the daily amount stated on the label and do not combine with other caffeine sources or energy products. If you take prescription medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. Stop use and seek advice if you experience palpitations, dizziness, mouth irritation or any adverse reaction, and report it to us with the batch number.

Nothing on the site is medical advice. Statements about SELVVO have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent authority. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary and no specific result is promised.

13Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to give access to minors, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, to introduce malware, to scrape or copy the site or its Content, to place fraudulent orders or file abusive chargebacks, to use our Content commercially, or to harass our staff. We may block access and cancel orders in case of breach.

14Intellectual Property

The SELVVO name, the SELVVO 9PM product name, the characters Rita and Selvvo, the logos, packaging, photographs, videos, texts, e-books and all other Content are owned by or licensed to TRENDYADAPT and protected by copyright, trademark and design law. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to view the site. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, resale or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited. Copying our site, product pages or advertising is treated as infringement and unfair competition and is pursued. Report infringement to contact@r9kdsx-kr.myshopify.com with the subject line "Infringement Notice".

15Reviews, Testimonials and User Content

By submitting a review, photo, video, message or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, edit and display it, including in advertising, and you confirm that it is genuine, your own and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may decline or remove content. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of results. We do not publish reviews we know to be false and we do not pay for positive reviews.

16Marketing Communications

We send transactional emails about your Order. Marketing emails and SMS are sent only with your consent, and every message contains an unsubscribe link or a STOP instruction. See our Privacy Policy.

17Third-Party Links and Services

The site may link to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, practices or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.

18Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties regarding the site itself. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection laws, any non-waivable rights under the laws of your US state, or our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

19Limitation of Liability

Subject to section 18, our total liability arising from an Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of data. We are not liable for harm resulting from use contrary to the label or these Terms, from use by a person under 18 or by anyone other than the purchaser, or from interactions with medication or other substances.

20Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or customs disruption, supply shortages, natural disasters, strikes, cyber-attacks, epidemics or government action. Affected Orders may be delayed or cancelled with a full refund.

21Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at contact@r9kdsx-kr.myshopify.com and to allow us 30 days to resolve the matter informally. We are not willing or obliged to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

22General

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us for your Order. We may assign our rights to a successor of the SELVVO brand; you may not assign yours without our consent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

23Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version displayed on the site when you place an Order applies to that Order. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
