Will it fit both of us? I'm short and he's tall.
The straps adjust around the headrest and the band sits where your forehead is. Many airline headrests also slide up and down, so you can usually find a comfortable position. If it doesn't work for either of you, send it back within 60 days and we cover the return shipping.
Will it fit my airline seat?
It fits seats with an adjustable headrest that has a gap behind it, which most long-haul economy and premium seats have. Some older or budget seats have fixed headrests. If it doesn't fit your seat, send it back and we cover the return shipping.
Will flight attendants let me use it?
It doesn't change the seat. It just straps around your own headrest with removable buckles. Rules vary by airline and crew, though: some ask you to remove it for taxi, takeoff and landing, and a few don't allow anything strapped to the seat at all. It comes off in seconds, and the mask still works on its own.
Won't I look a little silly?

Will it make my neck stiff?
