The postal address is for legal correspondence only. It does not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorisation, and there is no walk-in service.

2What to Include

To get a useful answer in one exchange, put your order number in the subject line and add:

• Delivery question: your tracking number and the date you ordered.
• Return request: the number of unopened cans and three photos per can (seal, batch code on the base, outer packaging). See our Returns policy for the conditions.
• 90-night guarantee: your delivery date, how you used the product and for how long, and a photo of the cans you have. Once per customer, first order only.
• Damaged or wrong item: within 48 hours of delivery, photos of the outer parcel, the affected cans and their batch codes.
• Subscription: the email address of your account and whether you want to pause, skip or cancel. Cancellations must reach us at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
• Privacy request (access, correction, deletion, unsubscribe): the email address used at checkout. We may ask you to verify your identity.
• Adverse reaction: the batch number and expiry date printed on the base of the can, what you experienced and when. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if symptoms are serious.

3Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us first. Email us with the subject line "Complaint" and your order number. We acknowledge within 2 business days, investigate within 14 calendar days and give you a written answer. If you are not satisfied with our answer, reply and your complaint is reviewed a second time by the owner of the business within a further 14 calendar days. Your statutory rights, including the right to contact the consumer authority in your country, are not affected.

4Press, Wholesale and Partnerships

For press enquiries, creator collaborations, wholesale or distribution, write to the same address with "Partnership" in the subject line. We do not accept unsolicited marketing or SEO offers.
